Legal guardians agree on behalf of children; I am participating on this tour operated by Charter North Pty Ltd voluntarily and at my own risk. I am aware that risks exist and may arise during the tour (including but not limited to, the hazards of traveling by air, vehicle, water transport, and other means, as well as hiking and swimming, in isolated areas on rough terrain, away from medical facilities and subject to the forces of nature) by which death, injury or illness to me or damage or loss to my property may occur. I accept and assume all the risks of participating on this tour. I hereby warrant that I am physically healthy and able to perform all the activities specified for this tour without limitation and that I am responsible for ensuring that all activities I perform are safe for me. Further, I (and my heirs, assigns, executors and/or administrators) fully and finally release Charter North Pty Ltd, it's servants, employees, agents and contractors from any and/or all responsibility or liability for any loss of or damage to any of my property, or any injury or death to me arising in this manner whatsoever (including by way of negligence of any other person or entity) out of my participation on this tour.
